In business for over a decade, TroCat Web Design is a web design company based in East Central Minnesota. TroCat Web Design was started by Troy Castellano in 1999. A graduate from Globe University, Troy majored in Computer Graphic and Multimedia Design. After graduating Troy worked as the web master for Minnesota School of Business. A year later Troy went on to start TroCat Web Design as a freelance web designer.
Since the start of TWD, we've been creating and developing web sites for small to medium businesses and organizations.
